Associate QA Analyst

• Web application and ETL manual testing
• Proficient in Front end (Functional & GUI Testing), Black Box Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, User Acceptance Testing.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience in navigating across cross-functional teams
• SQL knowledge to validate backend data preferrable
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, azure is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communications are critical

Nice to have

• Expertise in automating web applications using Selenium
• Experience in load testing preferably using JMeter
• Experience in writing test cases using element locators, WebDriver methods, Java programming features and TestNG annotations.

Experience:

Overall Experience of 1 – 2 years in ETL Testing

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Project Manager to design testing strategies for new releases
• Collaborate with clients regarding testing strategies and plans to ensure optimal results
• Create and document standardized testing processes and reporting procedures
• Coordinate with Project Managers to meet product deliverables and implementation schedules
• Escalate concerns, issues and risks to the appropriate stakeholders in order to meet project deadlines
• Respond to scope changes from business stakeholders
• Create test cases and test plans from User Stories
• Write automation programs using Selenium, JMeter – Nice to have
