We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our Health Software Vertical—a role that demands execution, strategic sales acumen, and operational leadership. This position is for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and is ready to take full ownership of building, selling, and scaling this vertical.
Role Overview
As the Head of Health Software Vertical, you will be responsible for expanding ThinkRoman’s Healthcare IT & AI solutions, Telehealth services, and healthcare partnerships. This role is not about conceptualizing strategies—it is about hands-on execution, market penetration, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Healthcare IT & AI Solutions Sales
- Develop a deep understanding of ThinkRoman’s IT & AI solutions – www.thinkroman.com.
- Lead direct sales efforts – Conduct in-person meetings, product demos, identify opportunities with healthcare providers, assess requirements, structure proposals, and close deals.
- TrMobile Care – Virtual Telehealth Operations
- Oversee and expand TrMobile Care, ThinkRoman’s telehealth-on-demand service – trmobile.thinkroman.com.
- Manage the doctor network, ensure seamless operations, and scale the service as a virtual healthcare hub.
- Health Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and recruit health partners to expand ThinkRoman’s network.
- Establish B2B relationships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions to drive software and service adoption.
- Telehealth Services Market Expansion
- Develop and implement a sales-driven approach for ThinkRoman’s Telehealth service – care.thinkroman.com.
- Position it as both a service and a scalable software solution, driving revenue and adoption.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven execution capabilities – Not just planning, but delivering measurable results.
- Strong sales and business development background – Expertise in structuring and closing deals.
- Deep understanding of Healthcare IT and AI-driven solutions – Familiarity with digital health, telehealth, and SaaS-based models.
- Leadership and operational expertise – Ability to take ownership of an evolving vertical and drive success.
Compensation & Performance-Based Growth
- Base Salary: ₹30,000 per month, with performance-based incentives.
- Performance Review (6 months): If the division generates ₹5L+ in revenue, salary increases to ₹70,000 per month.
